As part of your support package with edgecoms you will receive the Advanced Monitoring System, a user friendly dashboard and alert system that continually monitors your server. Our system locates all major problems as well as any smaller issues that, although  may not affect your system at the present time, may do in the future if not fixed.

Our Health Checks will identify potential problems before they become major disasters causing your business hours of downtime.  Problems can include:

  • backups that haven't completed 
  • anti-virus products that haven't updated 
  • exchange Information Stores (Email) that are becoming too large
  • disk space that has become too low
  • disk space that is being consumed too rapidly

We are also able to monitor ad-hoc customer servers if required, a service included as part of our customer support package.
